This week we have a feature article from Tamar Meyer of CAMH that introduces the Canadian Action Network for the Advancement, Dissemination and Adoption of Practice-Informed Tobacco Treatment, a practice-based research network (PBRN) committed to facilitating knowledge exchange among those who are in positions to help smokers make changes to their behaviour (health promoters, providers and practitioners) and researchers in the area of smoking cessation.

We welcome your feedback on our feature articles--including topics you'd like to see--news about old colleagues and new colleagues (our next News from the field column is in two weeks, so now is a great time to send us your updates!), and comments on our newsletter and searchable database of health promotion information.
