It describes a study launched to determine the resources required and feasible and appropriate processes for implementing NutriSTEP® (Nutrition Screening Tool for Every Preschooler-- a fast and simple way to assess eating habits and identify nutrition problems early in young children 3–5 years of age) in an ethical manner.
