The Manager As Coach Boot Camp is a unique distance learning leadership development program designed and led by Tom Heck of TeachMeTeamwork.com to help management level staff make the shift from a "traditional" model of leadership to a more powerful model of leadership based on a "coach approach".
Beginning January 6, 2009, a special 4-week Level-1 session of the Manager As Coach Boot Camp will be offered for management level staff who work in non-profits. The enrollment fee has been reduced from $295/person to $39/person. Even though the enrollment fee has been reduced by 87% this will be the same dynamic, life-changing course that is normally offered.
To be considered for this special 4-week session you must work in a non-profit and you must work in a management level position.
Only 50 people will be accepted into this special session. Not all who apply will be accepted. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted so submit your application as-soon-as-possible to increase the chances of your application being accepted. Once the first 50 people are accepted into the program all others will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified of your application status no later than December 19, 2008.
