There is no charge for the sessions but pre-registration is a must as they fill up quickly. 1. Building Healthy Communities

The objective is to continue to raise awareness about the connections between health and our built communities. The webinar looks at the impacts of land use and transportation planning on health and can be tailored to meet local priorities. This session will be facilitated by Paul Young.
2. Community Development Strategies for Health Promoters

In this webinar health promoters will learn about the basic values and concepts of community development. This session will be facilitated by Ernie Ginsler.
3. Effective Proposal Writing

For those that have read through the self-directed On-Line Proposal Development Course, this webinar will provide an opportunity to ask specific questions and discuss challenges they have encountered. The session will be facilitated by Robb MacDonald.
4. Health Promotion 101

The Ontario Health Promotion Resource System (OHPRS) developed this stand alone on-line course to help health promoters in Ontario become familiar with essential health promotion concepts. The session will be facilitated by Robb MacDonald.
