Strengthening the Circle: Building Aboriginal Community Engagement Strategies

Hosted by the Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) 

The purpose of the Aboriginal Engagement Strategy is to ensure a process of open, inclusive and continuous dialogue with the GTA Aboriginal community around identifying local health needs, planning priorities and actions that will improve the quality and accessibility of health services.

This forum, is part of a continuum of community consultations that ensures the LHINs are upholding their commitment to develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with the GTA Aboriginal communities, building towards improvements in our health care system.
