Senior Coordinator, Diversity

This 1-year contract calls for a demonstrated project manager and communicator with expertise in diverse communities and adult learning principles, to continue integrating diversity into all aspects of our Ontario Division's strategies, plans, policies and practices. Acting as the diversity resource, you will develop targeted materials and workshops, facilitate training, and support staff and volunteers in implementing diversity across core programs. Your post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate, preferably in Social Sciences, is enhanced by 2 to 3 years of related experience. Naturally, you bring strong training and/or facilitation skills, a working knowledge of MS Office, and a good grasp of employment equity legislation and the Human Rights Code.
