Hours of work: Monday through Friday up to 35 hours bi-weekly
As an active member of the Community Access Mobilization team, you will respond to inquiries for nutrition and refer to community resources through the divisional Contact Centre. You will also promote and interpret the available resources and services on healthy eating to members of public, workplaces, schools and community agencies. As well, you will provide health promotion information aimed at school-age children, adults and seniors in the area of healthy eating. You will maintain appropriate documentation on the computerized databases and ensure correct data collection. You will also be responsible for maintaining the nutrition resources in the Contact Centre.
