This year's exciting Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) Ontario Chapter conference will examine the impact of evaluation during tough economic times. It will explore the influence and contribution evaluation research has had for policy and programming and how to conduct evaluations that help an organization manoeuvre through an economic down turn. The conference will include a variety of paper presentations and workshops ranging from "measuring social return on investment" to "using performance management for decision-making," a keynote by Linda G. Morra Imas and video conference session with Michael Quinn Patton.
