The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), is one of 14 local organizations that have been created in Ontario to plan, coordinate and fund local health services, including hospitals, community care access centres (CCACs), long-term care homes, community health centres (CHCs), community support service agencies, and mental health and addictions agencies. The office of the South West LHIN is located in London, Ontario.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this exciting opportunity will require you to develop and oversee the South West LHIN’s Corporate Service functions including Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Procurement, Privacy, and LHIN operations.. As the Manager of Corporate Services, you will provide leadership and oversight for the development and operations of the office’s operational budget, including year-end audit function. This position will include direct interaction with a broad range of key internal and external stakeholders, including the LHIN Shared Services Office. You will also bring your expertise in the area of Organizational Development to support a dynamic team and champion our vision of becoming an employer of choice.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in business administration, finance, health administration and appropriate accreditation (CA, CMA, CGA,) and/or equivalent years of experience in financial management. You will possess extensive experience in human resources and/or Organizational Development (CHRP designation a definite asset) You will have significant experience performing financial analysis, demonstrated experience with operational and strategic decision making and in risk management. You will also have an understanding of and familiarity with government financial processes, policies and standards and be able to respond quickly to emerging issues and priorities. Proficiency in French would be an asset.
