The Respiratory Educator (RE) provides excellent care to patients with chronic lung health conditions, providing the information, treatment options and mechanisms available to help manage their respiratory diseases. The RE also establishes strong communication pathways between patients, physicians and other community resources. You will help us meet our strategic objectives by coordinating the Asthma/COPD component of our chronic disease prevention and management program, and by educating patients and team members in best-practice methods related to lung health. You will see the results of your hard work across the entire community, as you work proactively with patients across a variety of family practices.
