The Learning through Evidence, Action and Reflection Networks (LEARN) project is a partnership between tobacco control practitioners engaged in the Smoke-Free Ontario strategy and PTCC. The LEARN project’s goal is to cultivate and facilitate knowledge exchange across the province and to enable efficient coordination of capacity building activities.
CPSquare: the community of practice on communities of practice
CPSquare offers a CoP experience for those coordinating, researching and interested in communities of practice. A number of educational experiences and activities are on offer including a Foundations of Communities of Practice workshop offered twice a year. This is an excellent workshop for people interested in learning about how to support CoPs.

Com-prac: online forum on communities of practice
Billed as the longest running online community on communities of practice, this forum includes members from around the world and is useful for requesting information on specific issues related to communities of practice.
Ontario Knowledge Transfer and Exchange Community of Practice
A community of practice for practitioners interested in knowledge transfer and exchange. The CoP began in 2006 and meets 4 – 6 times a year in Toronto (teleconference often available for others across the province). An Ottawa chapter was recently launched.
