Keeping It Together: Mental Health across the Continuum of Care

Toronto, Ontario
June 11 and 12, 2011

Courtyard Marriott

Presented by the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (2011 Forum and AGM)

Join us for a weekend of learning about mental health issues in the context of HIV and other episodic disabilities. We will thread the common experiences of mental illness and mental wellness throughout sessions on mental health across the continuum of care, from the perspective of social workers, physicians, caregivers, and people with lived experiences in mental health and episodic disabilities.

Dr. Jane Philpott will present the keynote session "Principles and Priorities for Mental health Across the Continuum of Care."

Our 2011 Forum weekend includes a reception and dinner in honour of Dr. Mary Petty, recipient of the 2011 CWGHR Award of Excellence in HIV and Rehabilitation. The evening’s MC will be CBC’s Suhana Meharchand. There is a silent auction as well as a draw for two WestJet tickets to anywhere they fly.

Dinner is included in the registration for our Forum Keeping It Together: Mental Health across the Continuum of Care or available separately($50 for members, $60 for non-members. Award presentation and celebration only).  PWYC (donations gratefully accepted).
