Following the success of the 2010 Fall Forum, Health Promotion Ontario has again partnered with the Ontario Public Health Association to bring you another event you won't want to miss!
The conference will be held on October 5 & 6, 2011 in downtown Toronto at the Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel.
"Engaging Priority Populations" is the theme of an exciting, informative, thought provoking and solution oriented conference that will provide a unique opportunity to share and learn effective approaches.
Joe Fiorito from Toronto Star will deliver a Keynote Presentation on "Falling through the Cracks" and Bob Gardner from the Wellesley Institute will share his thoughts in a Keynote Presentation on "Building on the Evidence: Advancing Health Equity for Priority Populations"
Learning outcomes during the 2 day conference include:
- Identify effective strategies and tools
