Location: 99 Regina Street South, Waterloo/150 Main Street, Cambridge
Wage/Salary: $53,053.00-$60,296.60 per annum

Consider an exciting opportunity to provide analytical support to the Epidemiology & Health Analytics team which benefits the Public Health department, other Regional departments and community partners.

In addition to a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years related experience in data analysis and management you have the ability to extract, collate, analyze and interpret health data. You also have reasoning and problem-solving skills to identify data quality and software issues and develop and recommend solutions.  A detail-oriented professional, you demonstrate skill in database development, management, analysis, verification, and quality control procedures. You have the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, prepare written reports, deliver presentations and work with multidisciplinary and diverse groups.  Proficiency in MS Office, with in-depth knowledge of Excel and other statistical packages including SPSS, SAS, EpiData is required. Skill in or knowledge of GIS mapping and spatial statistical software is preferred. The ability to travel to various regional locations is also required.
