Mary Ann Baynton from the Great West Life Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace "The Psychologically Safe Workplace," "Strategic Initiatives for leaders: Limited Resources, Unlimited Results," will answer the question "What is a psychologically safe workplace and why it is so important to ensure you have one?"
Mental health can have a negative impact in your workplace. Employers are increasingly being held responsible to provide a psychologically safe workplace by regulations and legislation. This session will help identify and mitigate organizational factors that negatively impact the mental health of your employees.
