Senior Manager, Planning

An experienced manager who leads by example, you will be responsible for planning activities related to identifying and addressing local health system priorities and providing expert advice regarding the planning and implementation of innovative solutions to health system challenges at the local level. You will lead planning processes, perform high-quality research, participate in community engagement and foster a culture of collaboration to achieve the strategic priorities of the WWLHIN.

Along with an in-depth understanding of the Ontario health care system, you have a master’s degree in health planning, health administration or a relevant field along with demonstrated senior-level health systems planning experience. Your proven success in leading multiple complex projects is supported by exceptional interpersonal, facilitation and relationship-management skills. You have the ability to work with individuals and organizations of diverse backgrounds and translate complex, technical information into easily understood plans and recommendations. You are community-minded, innovative and committed to improving the local health system.
