Senior Project Coordinator, Primary Health Care Information—contract ending October 24, 2014

Range Minimum: $65,900

The Senior Project Coordinator, under the direction of the Project Lead, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing products and providing client support services for data management, analysis and interpretation to the PHC Voluntary Reporting System (VRS) participants. These services include product education and promotional materials, stakeholder engagement, consultation and support, and project coordination activities between PHC VRS and other initiatives within and beyond the PHC Information branch to support PHC VRS uptake across Canada. The person in this position will also conduct literature reviews and assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of documentation (e.g., manuals, websites and other communication tools) of the PHC VRS Core Data Set (i.e. PHC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Content Standards) with an ultimate goal of increasing and sustaining PHCVRS participation, improving the flow and quality of PHC VRS-EMR data, and supporting feedback reporting to PHC providers and participating jurisdictions.
