Specialist, Web Content Management, Health Services – Internal Client Services, Region of Peel

Reporting to the Manager, Health Information Management, you will be responsible for carrying out business analysis activities within Health Services. Duties include: • evaluate, analyze and identify issues regarding current thinking, technologies, business practices, and programs as it relates to Health Service Programs • requirements development/management • elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements • provide guidance and advice on development and implementation of new programs, policies and processes related to projects or performance management tools, frameworks, and methodologies •  develops and maintain business practices and documents, and participate on various projects • conduct Gap Analysis • determine user requirements and develop and implement changes to methodologies, processes, protocols, procedures and training materials • develop/update processes and methodologies such as the Project Management Methodology for the use by the organization • prepare complex correspondence, such as reports, letters • respond to information requests • conducts training • develops test scripts, and coordinates testing • facilitates focus groups  • builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders as per job description.
