Collective Impact Toronto Workshop for Non-profit Teams, Innoweave and Sustainability Network

Are you interested in advancing large-scale social change? Are you looking for a way to develop a multi-stakeholder vision and action plan to address a complex community issue? If you are part of a group of organizations that has a clear goal for a collective impact initiative, you are invited to this workshop which is designed to support a team of leaders from 4-5 different organizations who have committed to working on a community issue together and that are at the early stages of identifying a common agenda and impact goal. Participating non-profit organizations should arrive at the workshop with a working knowledge of collective impact and a specific issue that they are hoping to address.

Applications, one per team, are online and preceded by a a brief self-assessment. The cost is $300 per team of 4-5 and applications are due May 2. Teams will be notified of the outcome by Friday, May 9.

Participating organizations will be eligible to apply for a small grant to engage a coach to help them implement the Collective Impact Approach.
