Skills Online: New FREE Toolkit on Core Competencies for Public Health
The Skills Online program is pleased to present the Toolkit on Core Competencies for Public Health as a new course in its suite of dynamic online learning modules. It is designed for practitioners and managers in public health organizations as well as instructors and students in public health.
This module explores the development and use of the Core Competencies for Public Health in Canada and their importance in helping to strengthen the public health workforce. It will also help you identify and access resources and tools that support the use and integration of the Core Competencies for Public Health in your practice and organization.
This self-directed module takes about two hours to complete, plus as much time as you want to explore the tools and links to other resources that are provided.
