Every two years the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics (CSEB) seeks to recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of individuals who have contributed to the fields of epidemiology and biostatistics and to the Society.
Nominate someone today!
Please take the time to nominate a friend, colleague, mentor, professor, employee, or employer who deserves to be celebrated! Consider nominating an individual whose accomplishments have yet to be publicly acknowledged.
The final deadline for all completed submissions is midnight April 1, 2015.
In order to encourage and increase the number of nominations an early bird deadline for nominations submissions has been chosen.
Nominators who submit a completed form by midnight March 16, 2015 will be entered into a draw for one (1) waived registration to the CSEB 2015 Conference in Toronto, Ontario and up to two (2) free tickets to the social event.
You will receive one draw ballot per nomination. Good luck to all the early birds!

How do I submit my nomination?
Use the online form by clicking or copy and pasting into your web browser the following link:

When and how will the awards be presented?
Award recipients will be ask to receive their award in person and make a brief presentation at the 2015 CSEB Conference held from June 1 to 4 in Toronto. The exact date and time of the awards presentations are to be finalized.
