The Partnership is a joint initiative of CPSO and Cancer Care Ontario to design and implement quality management programs in pathology, mammography and colonoscopy.


As a member of the Quality Management Partnership Team, the Stakeholder Relations Lead will help build the capacity of health system stakeholders by facilitating the adoption of facility standards and best practice guidelines recommended by the Quality Management Partnership. The Stakeholder Relations Lead will balance Partnership and stakeholder priorities while facilitating interdisciplinary working groups of healthcare professionals and program leaders in the adoption of standards and guidelines.


  • Builds relationships with members of the healthcare profession, and health system stakeholders
  • Works with Manager, and Partnership team to identify and prioritize standards, guidelines for adoption and implementation
  • Facilitates and leads work with internal and external interdisciplinary teams of health professionals and program leaders to adopt standards and guidelines
  • Networks and builds relationships to understand stakeholder needs
  • Leads and participates in clinical working group discussions
  • Works to foster confidence in the Partnership programs
  • Provides consistent and clear communications to stakeholders aligned with the Partnership’s goals
  • Engages & collaborates with CPSO committees and working groups as needed
  • Develops, leads and contributes to communication outreach to stakeholders
  • Develops reports, briefing notes and power point materials for presentation to a variety of stakeholder audiences including, healthcare providers, health system stakeholders, governance bodies, senior staff and program staff


  • University degree in health sciences, communication or education, or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience leading and facilitating working groups
  • Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of change management principles and the clinical healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment an asset
