• To relate the involvement of substances (Alcohol) in injury from falls. To discuss medication that can impact falls risk such as medication for sleep or anxiety.
• To understand the factors related to falls in substance use disorders for older adults using case based learning.

Who Should Attend: Addiction counsellors/addiction outreach workers - IGSW’s - SGS - Social workers/ hospital & community - GEM  nurses, NP - BSO - PRC’s - Care Coordinators, Family Physicians
