Screening of "Exposure: Environmental Links to Breast Cancer," the Gemini-nominated Canadian film that won Best Health Documentary 2001 at the New York International Independent Film Festival; examines the issue of breast cancer and the effects that pesticides, chlorine, plastics, radiation and air quality have on women's bodies. Followed by discussion with Dorothy Goldin Rosenberg (the film's associate producer and principal researcher) on the connections between women's health and environmental, labour and social justice issues, both locally and internationally, information given in the film. She will also touch on issues around children's health and the environment, stemming from contamination of air, water and everyday living environments.
