On June 8 and 9, the Association of Ontario Health Centres (AOHC) invites you to attend its annual Shift the Conversation: Community Health and Wellbeing conference. Join us for two days of learning, innovation and information sharing on how we can work together to create a more integrated, interconnected, people and community-centred health system.
