This conference is an annual learning and networking event for senior fitness instructors, volunteers, health promoters, students and other individuals who work with community-dwelling older adults. The event includes a mix of active and informative sessions including: practical applications of recent research, tips for safe exercise for older adults, and modifications for all levels of abilities.
- To energize and inspire delegates with dynamic and innovative speakers
- To provide opportunities for and encourage participation in a variety of hands-on workshops
- To offer simple tools and strategies for providing the best possible physical activity
Early bird deadline has been extended to April 15: 1 day at $135 +HST, 2 days at $175 +HST (includes lunch and refreshments).
