This is a unique opportunity to apply your repertoire of analytic and research skills to evaluation that enhances capacity and effectiveness, improves programs, and leads to greater social impact. Your primary responsibility will be to advance the implementation of the Foundation’s results framework. We not only strive to track the "bottom line," but also to evaluate and learn from the process of getting there. Using a theory of change approach, you will lead in analysis and reporting of outcomes related to core areas including scientific research, advocacy, prevention, resuscitation, stroke professional education and patient recovery. With the support of our strategy team you will then work collaboratively with program leads to draw insight and translate learning into action, with the ultimate goal of impacting the lives of more Canadians across the country. You will also assist with other strategic initiatives that span our entire organization. Supporting cross-functional and senior management teams, you will foster a culture of learning and innovation across the organization, as well as gain broad experience and exposure to unique challenges and opportunities in the social sector.
