We are looking for a strategic thinker with inclusive leadership skills and a strong finance background to join our team and lead the Corporate Services Division. Responsibilities include the Health Unit’s financial, human, information technology, volunteer, and physical resources as well as quality improvement and organizational standards. As a valued member of the senior executive team, the Director reports directly to the Medical Officer of Health/Chief Executive Officer. Your superior communication skills are essential in creating and maintaining excellent relationships both internal and external to the Health Unit.

As a successful applicant you will have six or more years of experience in health or public sector management and administration, progressive supervisory responsibility, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce or equivalent, and a post-graduate degree in a related field. If your creative problem solving, positive thinking, and interpersonal skills inspire staff to excel in what they do, we would like to talk with you.
