Funding for the Have a Ball Together, Best Start Resource Centre

The Best Start Resource Centre is offering one webinar in English and one in French to help service providers make use of the tools provided in the recently updated http://www.HaveABallTogether.ca / www.AVousDeJouerEnsemble.ca websites.

This one-hour webinar will be of interest to all service providers who work with children 0 to 6 and are looking to increase the children’s physical activity levels: early childhood educators, teachers, Early Years Centre facilitators, physical activity promoters, public health nurses, home visitors, etc.
 
The webinar will include:

  • A review of some of the key research related to physical activity and the early years.
  • A review of the benefits of physical activity, including developing physical literacy.
  • An overview of the updated www.HaveABallTogether.ca website.
  • A discussion on next steps for using the website with others.
