KFL&A Public Health is a local public health agency with over 200 staff and 150 volunteers who deliver public health programs and services to the people of the KFL&A area. The Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention Division has an immediate opening for a Public Health Promoter, Substance Use, Mental Health and Injury Prevention.

The Public Health Promoter assess the need for health promotion, plans, implements and evaluates comprehensive health promotion strategies, and provides direct health promotion services in accordance with the Ontario Public Health Standards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Education or equivalent. Experience in health promotion preferred.
