Ethnicity and Disease--Caring for New Canadians

Heart Health Hamilton Wentworth is hosting this Continuing Medical Education Event. Keynote speakers include Dr. Sonia Anand, speaking on ethnicity and disease, and Dr. Lisa Andermann, discussing communication issues when working with a client who is either new to this country and/or does not speak English. Also, a panel of experts will present problem-based case studies related to barriers to service for new Canadians. Registration Fee is $30 (lunch included).
