Harmonizing Concussion Protocols across Canada, Parachute and Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre

Parachute and Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre are pleased to present the latest updates on "Harmonizing Concussion Protocols across Canada" Project. Together with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and Sport Canada, Parachute has lead the harmonization of concussion guidelines and protocols among Canadian amateur sport organizations. This webinar discusses the outcomes of that partnership and the deliverables produced as the result of that collaboration including the Canadian Guideline on Concussion in Sport.

This Webinar will cover:

  • Overview of the Concussion Protocol Harmonization Project
  • An introduction to the Canadian Guideline on Concussion in Sport, updated concussion protocols and sport-specific Return-to-Sport Strategies.
  • Next Steps: Implications for adoption of the Concussion Protocol Harmonization Outputs
