More Better Approach to working with youth (MBA III)

Is it time to get your MBA? This symposium is designed to help you diversify the kinds and improve the quality of services you provide for youth, ages 13 and up, in your community. MBA - it's the More and Better Approach!

This is the single most important and largest training event in Ontario specifically designed for staff and volunteers who work directly and indirectly with youth in community based sport and recreation programs.

The topics presented are those that have been recommended by you, and others who work with youth, as being of real importance both now and in the future. The presenters have a wide array of theoretical and practical knowledge in that they have all worked with youth or have been a resource to youth groups. The symposium format is designed to give every delegate the opportunity to hear every presentation. All the sessions will be presented to the entire group so that you can benefit from hearing questions and answers that your colleagues in the audience.

The capacity is limited to 100 participants to maximize networking and interactions with the presenters.

This 3rd annual Symposium is proudly presented by the Provincial Consortium on Youth in Sport and Recreation (consortium members are the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario, Ontario Physical and Health Educators Association, Parks and Recreation Ontario, Ontario Prevention Clearing House, sportalliance). It is supported by The Laidlaw Foundation and the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Recreation.
