Social and Economic Inclusion Project, Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse

From the website: "Developing a Social and Economic Inclusion Toolkit for Ontario Communities is a project of OPC, in partnership with the Laidlaw Foundation, funded by Health Canada. The Laidlaw Foundation is also providing financial support.

"A Provincial Advisory Group is leading the project, representing sectors pertinent to the investigation in the health, social, cultural and human services with geographic, gender and ethno-racial balance. A technical support team, led by the Project Coordinator, supports the group. The group is defining inclusion; developing criteria for indicators of inclusion; preparing draft indicators; testing them in four Demonstration Sites across Ontario, covering urban and rural as well as Francophone and First Nation realities; and preparing a comprehensive "toolkit" for communities."
