Regular Full-time position, grant-funded
In collaboration with breast cancer survivors, community experts and other Ontario Breast Cancer Information Exchange Project members, develop, manage, implement, and coordinate the initiatives and activities of the Ontario Breast Cancer Information Exchange Program (OBCIEP). Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, producing information materials, editing newsletters, developing and maintaining databases, designing and maintaining OBCIEP website, managing project budgets, preparing reports, organizing workshops and seminars, responding to various information requests.
Requires a Masters Degree in the Health Sciences or Social Sciences fields, plus a minimum of 3 years of related practical experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Sound knowledge of health promotional strategies. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills. Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team. Sensitivity to the needs of cancer survivors. Excellent computer software skills ie: Microsoft Office.
Salary Range $41,615-$54,100 (37.5 hrs/wk)
