Our Community Mental Health program includes Portuguese Mental Health in Addictions Services, Family Support Program, Emergency Psychiatric Assessment Unit, IMPACT, Emergency Response Team and community mental health clinicians. You will be providing leadership and strategic direction to meet the needs of CMH clients. You will be responsible for developing and meeting goals, managing budgets and staff, and maintaining positive linkages with the community. You have 5+ years related administrative experience (including experience in mental health programming) and a Master's degree in Community Health (or equivalent). You are able to deal with diverse and marginalized community members and are familiar with the principles of health promotion and community development, as well as collaborative networks, primary care and integrated health systems.
