Lambton Health Unit Health Promotion Officer (Maternity Leave)




Duties: Plans, develops, implements and evaluates health promotion programs. Liaises with commuity groups and agencies. Participates on external committees. Provides information and advice to the public and Health Unit staff.



Qualifications: A Baccalaureate Degree from a recognized university in a related field or the equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team. Advanced skills in oral and written communicatoins, group facilitation, marketing and excellent interpersonal skills. 2 years experience in community health an asset. Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle.



Wage Rate: In accordance with the CUPE collective agreement
