The Ottawa-Carleton Health Department has an immediate opening for a qualified professional to work in our Child Health Services Branch in a community development and mobilization role. You will work with adolescents, educators, and parents in promoting healthy lifestyles and choices.



You require a minimum of 3 years related experience in health promotion and working with adolescents, a university degree, and be fluently bilingual in English and French. Enthusiasm, energy, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Knowledge of adolescent health issues and related community organizations in Ottawa-Carleton is preferred. A valid, Class G unrestricted driver's license and access to efficient, reliable transportation is required.
