In one of these four cornerstone roles, you will have the chance to design programs that respond to the pressing needs of a diverse and under-served urban community.
Reporting to the Vice President, Planning and Health Programs, your immediate mandate is to further develop your understanding of the community and its healthcare challenges. Then, with your innovative mind and healthcare know-how, you will design, implement, manage and evaluate your program based on SHC's Mission, Vision and Values. As a key member of SHC's leadership team, you will be instrumental in contributing to the development of a NEW Centre committed to working collaboratively with community members, agencies and organizations to enhance access to health programs and services.
In addition to a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Health, Nursing or Social Services, you have extensive experience in program planning and evaluation, ideally in a community health environment. A role model and a mentor, you have combined clinical experience with an inspirational management style to design and deliver compassionate care.
