Research Project: "Predictors of Canadian Children's Mental Health and Competence: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach Using the National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth (NLSCY)".
* conducting descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analyses
* conducting cross-sectional and longitudinal structural equation modeling analyses (with investigator assistance)
* formatting data in tables and preparing flow charts
Requirements: M.A. in the Social or Health Sciences; excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; excellent data
analysis skills and experience using structural equation modeling packages.
The work will take place at the Centre for Studies of Children at Risk at McMaster University. Applicant should be prepared to travel to
Thames Valley Children's Centre in London, Ontario, to attend study meetings with investigators.
