The Youth Lifestyle Choices-Community University Research Alliance (YLC-CURA) represents a strategic partnership between a number of Community Organizations in the Niagara Region and the faculty and students at Brock University. The YLC-CURA is committed to developing a better understanding of resiliency and youth lifestyle choices.
This is a full-time contract position until January 2003 which includes comprehensive benefits coverage.
Reporting to the YLC-CURA Co-Directors, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the development and implementation of specific research projects, program evaluations, intervention development and knowledge sharing activities. This position will also be responsible for budget management and staff supervision.
This position will be of interest to individuals who enjoy working independently, carrying out all aspects of the research process and communicating between community and academic settings. This position requires a graduate degree in a relevant discipline and several years community experience.
