Program Manager, Women's Health Care Centre


Reporting to the Director of the Women's Health Care Centre, you will provide leadership, direction, support and guidance to designated women's programs including the Sexual Assault Program and the Eating Disorders Program.



Key areas of responsibility for this position include

* planning, organizing and directing the provision of direct client services,

* establishing and monitoring quality standards and accountability mechanisms,

* ensuring efficient and effective use of fiscal and human resources, and

* providing guidance, mentoring and support to staff of designated programs.



The successful candidate will possess the following:

* Baccalaureate preparation in a health related field required; Master's degree in a health discipline preferred

* Three to five years of progressively more responsible program management experience (experience in a woman-centered environment is an asset)

* Ability to support any woman in her health care choices

* Strong interpersonal, networking and team building skills

* Strong planning, analytical and financial management skills

* Excellent conflict resolution skills

* Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing work priorities

* Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
