As part of a team of 4 specialists, a Health Promotion Specialist is needed to plan, develop, implement and evaluate tobacco control programs.
This position will focus on special projects relating to population-based smoking cessation strategies and youth smoking prevention.
You have a Master's Degree in Health Science, Health Promotion or related area OR a Baccalaureate Degree, and a sound knowledge of tobacco prevention and behaviour change theory. You show demonstrated competence in program planning, implementation and evaluation, health promotion strategies, and community mobilization. Your talent for written and verbal communication rounds out your qualifications.
