Quality Improvement Analyst, Community Care Access Centre of Halton


The Community Care Access Centre of Halton provides quality services for home care, referrals to nursing homes and health information to Halton residents.



We are seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst.



You will collect, analyse, organize and present quality and risk management data. You will maintain existing quality-related reports, prepare ad-hoc requests and provide consultation/education to all staff in the interpretation of information. Highly detail oriented, you will manage internal databases and ensure accurate inventory of current statistical reports.



Your related education and minimum of two years' experience in quality management and analysis of data are supported by excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office, and experience with statistical analysis (SPSS, SAS) and report writing software.
