The University of Toronto, St. George Campus invites applications for a Senior Research Associate. The successful candidate will manage the recently established Centre for Urban Health Initiatives (CUHI).
Applicants must have a PhD in a discipline related to urban health issues, several years of research management experience or experience relevant to the position, and be an effective communicator.
Experience with the following will be an asset: collaborative research; record of effective grant-writing; providing liaison between academic community, government agencies, and community groups; capacity to recruit talented researchers to participate in CUHI endeavors; and sustainable infrastructure capacity-building.
