Administrative Assistant, Anishnawbe Health Toronto

To
improve the health and well being of Aboriginal People in spirit, mind,
emotion and body by providing Traditional Healing within an
intra-disciplinary health care model. (Anishnawbe Health Toronto's

We are seeking an individual who will be
responsible for providing general management and administrative support
for the Executive Director.

You will coordinate the collection
and presentation of reports and information from Unit Managers. Duties
include word processing, filing, sorting, distribution of
communications, and coordination of meetings, appointments and
conference calls. You will record the proceedings and minutes of Board
meetings including liaison and support to Board Committees.

The
successful applicant will have education, training and experience in
administrative or office management functions within the health care or
social service sectors. You will have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills and be computer proficient. Candidates will have
knowledge, experience and understanding of Aboriginal health issues.
