Prevention Month, the Canadian Incidence Study of Reported Child Abuse
and Neglect (CIS) was released. The study highlighted a startling 125
percent increase in substantiated abuse and neglect cases. Commenting

principal investigator, Dr. Nico Trocmé, reflects on the implications
