have too much to do and not enough time to spend looking after yourself
and your needs?  Do you treat every request and issue as a top
priority? Do you find it difficult to say no? Do you need renewed
energy and vitality? This interactive workshop is designed as an
introduction and refresher to self-awareness and techniques for taking
care of self.

Who Should Attend: health promoters, social and health service agency
workers, board members, program managers & leaders, program
coordinators

a governance position with a non-profit agency or government.

This workshop is the first in a series of skill building workshops for
staff and board members in Toronto's non-profit sector. Upcoming
