A new system for evaluating your media coverage

In 2006, the Canadian Public Relations Society, in partnership with News Canada, developed a media relations rating system that is fast becoming the new industry standard. Media Relations Rating Points (MRP) is designed to standardize the measurement, evaluation and reporting of editorial media coverage in Canada.
In this session you will hear from one of the system's key developers Tracey Bochner, vice president of Apex PR agency, and Ruth Douglas, president of News Canada, MRP's media measurement partner. They will offer an overview of how MRP works and how it gives creditability to media relations activities and quantifies its value.
