The Wellesley Institute Executive Leadership program is a certificate program designed to help leaders and emerging leaders of Toronto's non-profits learn the skills and competencies of change management as well as enhance the personal characteristics needed to navigate and adapt to constant change and never-ending demands from funders and clients.
The program includes a kickoff residential retreat, monthly 1.5 day training sessions and a private coaching session. Feedback from graduates of the first program included that they developed an increased sense of self-confidence, an improved ability and desire to communicate, increased insight into and ability to manage complex problems in a pro-active manner, and above all to pay attention to self-care.
